The residents of Armagh have been invited to comment on the regeneration of Armagh Gaol. The plan is to develop the site into a luxury hotel that would safeguard its future as well as bolster the local economy.
The Prince's Regeneration Trust in partnership with the Institute of Historic Building Conservation and the Civic Trust for Wales held a conference in Wales on Thursday 26th March 2009 9.30-4.40 St George’s Hotel, Llandudno.
The successful restoration of this unique hertiage while securing a viable and sustainble future that supports the local economy has led project partners to plan for the site's development into a luxury hotel.
