Ros joined the Trust from RegenCo Sandwell where she was Chief Executive of the Urban Regeneration Company leading the regeneration of a highly deprived and complex industrial area centred on West Bromwich.

Ros trained originally as a lawyer and spent a period in private practice before joining the oil industry as an in-house lawyer. Ros then moved into general management and in 1990 was appointed to the UK Board of Gulf Oil, ultimately as Director of Business Services.

After a spell at Booker Group where she was responsible for Group Services worldwide as well as being heavily involved in the restructuring of the business, Ros moved to Network Rail (then Railtrack) in 2000 as Director of New Business. Promoted to Property Director in 2002 she ran Network Rail's substantial commercial property business.

Ros was appointed to her current role as Chief Executive in August 2006.

Rosie joins The Trust from Bidwells a firm of national property consultants. Having worked as a senior consultant providing professional services in feasibility studies, business planning and strategic asset reviews, she was subsequently promoted to a Divisional Partner leading on growing regeneration consultancy work for the firm. Rosie’s experience is key to the expansion of The Trust’s work. Rosie is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with 11 years surveying experience, has a BA (Hons) in History, a Masters in Land Economy and has recently completed an MBA

Peter joined the Trust in 2009.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and following 7 years working in accountancy firms (Neville Russell and Coopers & Lybrand) he moved into industry and commerce where he held senior financial positions at Lex Service plc, Coca-Cola & Schweppes Beverages Ltd and Harrisons & Crosfield plc.

Over the last ten years he has been Group Finance Director of Regus plc, Numerica Group plc and Calyx Group plc. He was also Chief Executive of Numerica Group plc prior to the group being acquired by Vantis plc.

Peter has been a Council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 2003. He was a member of its Audit Committee from 2003 to 2005 and is now Chairman of its Remuneration Committee.

Peter is also Vice-Chair of the charity YoungMinds.

Edward joined the Prince’s Regeneration Trust in 2006. He has extensive experience of heritage issues. He was formerly an Inspector of Historic Buildings with Cadw (the statutory heritage organisation for Wales), a Curator with the National Trust and has been advisor to several heritage organisations in Wales. Before joining the Trust he previously held the position of Conservation Manager for Monmouthshire County Council.

Following a career in housing associations where he commissioned new build and refurbishment housing, and mixed-use regeneration initiatives, Roland worked on a range of historic buildings. These included the multi-award winning restoration of Hawksmoor’s Christ Church Spitalfields, and the regeneration of Shoreditch Town Hall as a self-sustaining community business. He helped map out futures for Hornsey and Hitchin Town Halls and a Humphry Repton landscape park. Joining PRT in 2008, he has been project lead for Dreamland in Margate, Bentley Priory Museum in Stanmore and the Restoration of Bletchley Park and several other projects still in hand.

Roland won an Exhibition to Oxford University, where he read PPE. More recently he took an MSc in Historic Conservation (Distinction) from Oxford Brookes University, where he won the Jacqueline Porter Prize.

Roland has been a Full Member of the Institute for Fundraising since 1989 and has served on and chaired the Conservation Areas Advisory Committee of two London Boroughs both experiencing periods of unprecedented development activity. He sits on the Casework Committee of the Twentieth Century Society. He lives in a Grade II* listed building which was completed in 1959 and rides a motorbike.

Paul is well qualified in heritage matters having spent the majority of the last 10 years in higher education. He graduated from Manchester University with a BA (Hons) in Classical Civilization, and has completed both a Master of Studies in Anthropological Archaeology and a D. Phil at The University of Oxford. His doctoral research investigated heritage management strategies in local government, focusing on the case studies of the towns of Arles and Nîmes in southern France. Paul comes to The Prince's Regeneration Trust with good experience of working for the heritage sector, having written a report on planning consultations for Heritage Link. Last summer he completed a cultural pilgrimage by walking across Europe from London to Istanbul.

Nicola started her career in marketing and communications roles for both Valpak and the Science Museum. She then moved to communications agency ‘Corporate Culture’ as a project manger where she worked on several environmental and corporate social responsibility campaigns. She later took on the role of PA to the CEO and Office Manager at the same company. Nicola is a History and Politics Graduate from Keele University.

Prior to joining The Prince's Regeneration Trust, Faye has spent seven years in various fundraising and development roles within charitable organisations, most recently as Head of Special Projects at The Institute of Cancer Research. Faye is a member of The Institute of Fundraising, has a BA (Hons) in Geography from Sheffield University, and is currently studying an MBA at Westminster University.

Penny joined the Trust in May 2011. She previously worked as a Project Manager at the Council of Ethnic Minority Organisations. She secured media coverage for the outreach work and research the charity conducted as well as using social media to connect to community groups. During her time there, she also organised events such as networking evenings at the House of Commons and leadership forums.

She has a MA in Journalism from City University and a BA in History from The London School of Economics. She has also been an intern for The Observer and ITN London News.

Hayley joined the Trust in July 2011 as the Projects Assistant, supporting the work of the Projects Team.

She previously worked as a Library Administrator at the Marx Memorial Library, supporting all of the financial and educational work as well as looking after members and supporters. While at the Library she set up new social media streams and improved publicity, as well as implementing updated financial and administrative procedures.

She has an MA in Cultural Policy and Management from City University, and a BA in History and Philosophy of Art from the University of Kent.

Manuela Bellè is an Engineer who joined the Prince’s Regeneration Trust in July 2011. She is seconded from a sister charity ( the Prince’s Foundation for the Built Environment) where she is doing a Masters in Sustainable Architecture and Urbanism (two year program with PFBE and University of Wales). Previously to that she worked in a private practice in Italy on a variety of architectural, engineering and regeneration projects. She has a Master in Civil Engineering with specialisation on sustainable building from the University of Ferrara (Italy).

Pauline is seconded to The Prince’s Regeneration Trust from Historic Scotland, the Scottish Government’s historic environment agency. For 9 years she has worked as an Inspector of Historic Buildings, and latterly as Senior Inspector of Monuments, gaining experience of the planning system, historic building conservation and archaeology. She joins The Trust as an adviser for projects in Scotland.

Previously Pauline was a lecturer in design history at Glasgow School of Art. She trained in design and craft at Glasgow School of Art, then at the University of Glasgow where she took an MPhil in decorative arts, examining historic interiors and material culture.

She has a particular interest in Scottish vernacular buildings and her work with The Trust focuses on the repair and reuse of key examples in the North Highlands, working in partnership with the North Highland Initiative.

Jane's role is to develop and manage projects and to provide advice on heritage and regeneration issues. The projects can range from the Category A listed Rothesay Pavilion, an iconic 1930’s Modernist community building on the Isle of Bute, to proposals for the repair and conversion of Armagh Gaol in Northern Ireland to form heritage and community facilities with a new hotel.

Jane is a Conservation Accredited Architect and has worked in private practice, with Historic Scotland, as a lecturer in Architectural Conservation, and with a leading Scottish Building Preservation Trust. She is based in Edinburgh, but works closely with colleagues and travels regularly around the country to visit projects and to PRT’s main London office.

Deborah joined the Trust in March 2012 as the Finance, IT and Administration Assistant. She previously worked for Meades & Company accountants where she was the Administration Team Supervisor. She was responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the administration department, and providing support to the Office Manager.

She has also worked for The British Museum as a Visitor Host and was part of the Supporter Relations Team at Christian Aid.

Deborah is a History & English graduate from Queen Mary University, London.

Kit Martin has spent a lifetime conserving historic buildings. He has rescued and restored a series of major country houses in England and Scotland. He has been called “Britain’s leading Country House Doctor”. Adapting these buildings for several families to live in while respecting their character inside and out and preserving the large gardens and landscapes around them. Several schemes have won local, national or European awards.

He has also initiated the rescue and conversion of a number of redundant and sometimes derelict ex-military or industrial buildings of outstanding architectural/historic interest including the Royal Naval Hospital, Norfolk.

He was the first Director of The Prince of Wales’s Phoenix Trust from 1997 to 2001 and is currently Projects Consultant to the Prince’s Regeneration Trust, playing a key role in innovative solutions to save major historic buildings at risk and promote urban regeneration, as at Anchor Mills, Paisley.

Kit Martin was a member of the Historic Buildings Council for Scotland from 1987 to 1999. He is a Trustee of Save Europe’s Heritage. He was trained as an architect and is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Kit Martin has been involved in a number of publications with Save Britain’s Heritage and lectures include the HHA Smiths Gore Lecture.

Maria joined The Trust at the beginning of October 2007 from The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF). A leading heritage figure in Scotland, Maria brings expertise in the management of heritage projects and development skills and will undertake a key role in The Trusts projects. Whilst at AHF Maria increased the number of Building Preservation Trusts from 99 in 1989 to over 270 to date.

Nick joined the Prince’s Regeneration Trust in August 2008. He has over fifteen years experience in the field of historic building conservation and heritage-led regeneration in both the private and public sectors. Nick previously held the post of Project Manager for the Walled City Townscape Heritage Initiative in Derry/Londonderry responsible for the implementation of a £5million programme to promote economic regeneration within the City. Nick is the present Chairman of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation, Northern Ireland Branch.
