He is Chairman of the Bank of England Property Forum, a member of the University of Cambridge, Department of Land Economy Advisory Group and an Eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a Past Chairman of the Investment Property Forum and a Past President of the British Property Federation.

Alison has over 25 years experience as a corporate finance lawyer, with a particular interest in real estate equity finance.

She was a partner at Allen & Overy LLP, a leading international law firm, for 19 years, including two years as a member of the firm's global board.

Alison was also responsible for development of the Allen & Overy Legal Practice Course in conjunction with the College of Law, and was a Committee member of the City Solicitors Educational Trust. She is an Oxford University graduate.

Bet is one of Wales’ leading communications practitioners, who has headed up communications operations in both the Wales Tourist Board and the Welsh Development Agency, and latterly was Director of Marketing and Communications for Cardiff’s bid for the title of European Capital of Culture.

As an independent communications consultant Bet specialises in three main areas of economic activity in Wales- tourism, culture and business. A native of North Wales, Bet has a detailed knowledge of the public and private sector at a local and national level. Clients include Wales Millennium Centre, HERIAN – Heritage in Action and Sewta – South East Wales Transport Alliance.

In 2002 she was honoured by the Japanese Government with the Gaimudaijin Kanshai (Foreign Minister’s Commendation) for her work in promoting both economic and cultural ties between Japan and Wales.

Bet Davies has a Master’s Degree from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth and is a fluent Welsh speaker.

After leaving Jewish Care, Stephen successfully launched his own fundraising consultancy specialising in organisational re-structuring, fundraising strategy and major gift development.

Fionnuala is Principal Associate of Jay Associates Public & Government Affairs based in Belfast.

She has extensive experience in the development of public policy, and the promotion of major Northern Ireland food and tourism initiatives. She is on the Council of Management of the Architectural Heritage Fund and she has been Chairman of Belfast Civic Trust, a member of the North Ireland Historic Buildings Council. She founded and remains a working Director of the Belfast Building Preservation Trust.

Away from the buildings world, her interests include opera and theatre. She is the founding patron of TOSINI(Teachers of singing in Ireland), and a founding member of the Glenarm Opera Trust.

David retired as Group Chief Executive of Barratt Developments PLC in October 2006 after 40 successful years in the industry, 27 of them with Barratt. He has also worked in North America, France and the Far East.

David was personally named the UK’s Regeneration Champion in the national Regeneration Awards in December 2006. In the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2007, he was made a CBE for services to housebuilding.

He remains very active in the housing sector through a number of non executive & trustee roles, including the Homebuilders Federation, the New Homes Marketing Board, Shelter and the Prince’s Regeneration Trust.

He has, for many years, actively campaigned to highlight the causes of the housing shortage and, particularly, the plight of first-time buyers and the need for more social housing. He contributes regularly to trade publications and is an occasional advisor to Government on housing issues.
